About the role

This role provides day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, including organizing office documentation, maintaining inventory, and supporting meeting arrangements and internal communications.

Job responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
• Organize office documentation, records, and filing systems
• Update and maintain office inventory, stationery, and pantry supplies
• Support meeting arrangements and internal communications
• Assist in onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary office equipment and welcome kits
• Assist in organizing company events and monthly employee engagement activities
• Perform relief receptionist duties during the Service Desk Cum Admin Assistant's absence to ensure smooth front desk operations
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Office Management, Human Resources, or a related field
• Good in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Positive attitude, proactive, and responsible
