Intern - Business Administration

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in administrative functions and exposure to various business operations. Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the department.
• Assist in preparing reports, letters, and business documents.
• Maintain and organize filing systems and records.
• Perform data entry and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and other administrative activities.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports using Microsoft Office.
• Liaise with internal departments to support daily business operations.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
• Internship placement required by the university or college.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
