Intern - CEO Office

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic & Operational Tracking: Assist in monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), operational integration milestones, and process harmonization targets across maintenance facilities.
• Executive Presentations & Reporting: Prepare briefing materials, analytical dashboards, board presentations, and progress reports for the CEO and senior management team.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise across business units to align workflow deliverables with executive priorities.
• Special Projects & Continuous Improvement: Support strategic workstreams such as digital MRO transformation initiatives, resource planning models, operational bench-marking, and productivity optimization studies.
• Governance & Meeting Support: Organize executive meeting agendas, document actionable decisions, follow up on pending deliverables, and handle confidential executive correspondence.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aviation/Aerospace Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related disciplines.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data synthesis skills; proficiency in Excel and slide deck creation (PowerPoint).
• Communication: Business-level fluency in written and spoken English; strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Professional Acumen: Ability to handle sensitive, high-level corporate information with strict confidentiality.
• Mindset: Proactive self-starter with high attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and an eagerness to learn MRO industry dynamics.
