• our international student recruitment platform that connects education agents with universities across the globe. As part of the upGrad ecosystem, you'll gain hands-on experience in business development while contributing to a fast-growing international business.

What You'll Do

• Reach out to student recruitment agents and introduce them to the unique value proposition of Global Study Partners (GSP).
• Engage and persuade prospective agents to join GSP as partner recruitment agents.
• Follow up with interested agents and support them through the onboarding process.
• Work closely with the business team to expand GSP's global partner network.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable speaking with people over calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Passion for sales, partnerships, or business development.
• Any graduate or undergraduate student looking for hands-on corporate experience.

Stipend & Incentives

• Stipend: ₹12,000 per month
• Performance Incentives: Attractive incentives for every partner agent successfully onboarded.

Internship Duration : 3 months
