Tasks & responsibilities

• Perform data entry and ensure information in the system is accurate and up to date.
• Perform filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management.
• Assist with correspondence and communication with customers and internal departments.
• Support the Credit Administration team in daily administrative tasks and ad-hoc assignments.
• Ensure proper confidentiality and safekeeping of customer and company information.

Qualifications & experience

• Diploma and/or degree in any related field
• Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Internship duration of at least 3 months is preferred.
