Primary Research & Market Research

Conduct primary research through phone calls, interviews and conversations with customers, professionals, candidates, industry experts and other stakeholders.

Make structured cold calls to gather information, validate assumptions and understand market perspectives.

Conduct secondary research across companies, industries, competitors, markets and emerging trends.

Convert research findings into simple, actionable insights.

Customer & Stakeholder Conversations

Speak confidently with customers, prospects and external stakeholders.

Conduct introductory calls, research conversations and information-gathering discussions.

Ask thoughtful follow-up questions and probe beyond surface-level responses.

Capture key insights from conversations and communicate them clearly to the internal team.

Founder’s Office Projects

Support the Founder’s Office on high-priority business problems and special projects.

Work on assignments that may cut across research, customers, operations, strategy, sales, product or talent.

Help investigate issues, identify root causes and recommend possible solutions.

Take ownership of smaller projects and drive them to closure.

Data Analysis

Work with spreadsheets, datasets, reports and different business data points.

Identify trends, patterns, inconsistencies and insights from data.

Combine qualitative research with quantitative information to develop a better understanding of a problem.

Present findings in simple tables, summaries, presentations or dashboards.
