About the role

iByte Solution is seeking a motivated IT Intern to support the SAP team in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing SAP modules across the organization. This internship offers hands-on experience with real business processes, exposure to SAP best practices, and the opportunity to learn from experienced consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Assist SAP consultants in configuring, testing, and documenting SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, PP, ABAP, Basis, etc.)
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions, process mapping, and gap analysis
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT)—test scenarios, record results, track issues
• Help prepare training materials, user guides, and SOPs
• Perform master data updates, data validation, and simple data analysis
• Assist in system troubleshooting, logging issues, and following up with technical teams
• Conduct research on SAP best practices, automation opportunities, and process improvements
• Participate in project meetings, preparing minutes, documentation, and reports

About you

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related fields
• Basic understanding of enterprise systems or ERP concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation abilities
• Eagerness to learn SAP systems and business processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
