Job Summary

The Intern provides support to the assigned department by assisting with daily administrative and operational tasks. The role offers hands-on learning experience and exposure to company processes while contributing to team objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks of the assigned department
• Support documentation, filing, and data entry activities
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials
• Coordinate with team members for assigned tasks and projects
• Conduct basic research and data gathering as needed
• Support ongoing projects and departmental initiatives
• Perform clerical tasks such as organizing files and maintaining records
• Follow company policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to assigned responsibilities
• And any duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or recent graduate
• Preferred fields: Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, HR, IT or related course
• Must have own laptop for work use
• Willing to start immediately
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment

Working Schedule

• 8 hours per day (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
