About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities. This role is suitable for someone who is interested in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and HR operations and wants to gain practical experience in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes based on the requirements shared by the hiring team.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and understand their experience, skills, and interest.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interviewers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment reports.
• Assist in preparing and sharing interview feedback.
• Support the team with offer follow-ups and pre-joining coordination.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data.
• Support other Talent Acquisition activities and projects as required.

Requirements

• Graduate or pursuing graduation/MBA in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
