First 5 Joiners: 5,000/month + Incentives

Internship Duration: 6 Months

PPO Opportunity: Best-performing interns may receive a full-time opportunity with CTC up to 3 LPA, based on performance and organizational requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

• Job posting & candidate sourcing
• Candidate screening & interview coordination
• Calling, Google Meet & candidate interactions
• Mass email & recruitment campaigns
• Social media recruitment activities
• Candidate follow-ups & recruitment coordination
• Mass hiring & campus recruitment
• College/university visits 1–3 times a month

ELIGIBILITY

Students pursuing BBA, BA, B.Com, M.Com, MBA, B.Voc or other relevant graduation/post-graduation programmes.

1st Year to Final Year students can apply, subject to availability for the full-time internship schedule.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer & MS Office knowledge
• Laptop or smartphone
• Comfortable with calling and candidate interaction
• Willing to work from Shela, Ahmedabad
• College permission/NOC wherever required
