Field travel required for school counselling and assessment activities

𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮

Any Graduate or Postgraduate.

Candidates who:

Completed graduation/post-graduation in 2025 or 2026, or Are currently in their final semester and graduating in 2027.

Age between 18 to 24 years.

Family income should be less than ₹12 Lakhs per annum.

Candidates whose parents are not employed in the Government sector are eligible. Candidates whose parents are retired Government employees are also eligible.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

Travel to schools for counselling sessions and student assessments.

Conduct counselling sessions, webinars, and assessments.

Manage Versant proctoring and interview processes.

Support Scholar Connect and assessment-related activities.

Contact candidates from the database and counsel students and parents.

Schedule assessments and interviews with prospective candidates.

Coordinate document collection and submission for offer release.

Update and maintain candidate records, eligibility status, assessment progress, and other relevant data.

Participate in events organized by government bodies and other stakeholders.

Coordinate onboarding activities and communicate schedules to selected candidates. Submit activity and candidate-calling reports within defined timelines.

Ensure accurate and timely data capture in organizational systems.

Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager or organization.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong counselling and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office. Good organizational and coordination skills.

Willingness to travel and work in a field-oriented role.
