About the Opportunity

This is not a typical desk internship.

You will work closely with a founder running 10+ companies , getting a front-row view of his working days, meetings, travel, client conversations, and business decisions.

Your role will be to capture the day, turn real moments into content, and build the founder’s personal brand in real time.

The internship is highly hands-on and designed for someone who wants practical exposure to content creation, personal branding, entrepreneurship, and business.

Key Responsibilities

• Join the founder during his working days, including meetings, client discussions, travel, and business activities.
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments and valuable founder insights.
• Shoot short-form videos using your phone.
• Turn raw footage into engaging reels, clips, carousels, and social media content.
• Manage the content pipeline from shooting → editing → captions → publishing .
• Ask thoughtful questions and create founder-led interview content.
• Produce approximately 5 published posts per day .
• Experiment with different hooks, formats, and content styles to identify what performs best.
• Batch-edit content during quieter periods to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Monitor reach, watch time, saves, and other content performance metrics and improve content accordingly.
• Study successful personal-brand creators and adapt relevant formats to the founder’s style.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling information related to the founder, businesses, clients, and partners.

What You'll Gain

• By the end of the internship, you will develop your own business idea into a one-page concept with an offer, pricing, and first step .

What We're Looking For

• Highly ambitious, proactive, and entrepreneurial.
• Someone who has already started building something or has work to show.
• Strong interest in business, entrepreneurship, and personal branding.
• Able to shoot and edit videos using a smartphone.
• Experience with CapCut or Premiere Pro .
• Good understanding of captions, sound, pacing, and basic colour correction.
• Comfortable asking questions and speaking with new people.
• Comfortable filming clients, partners, and people in professional settings with permission.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing schedules.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Important Requirements

• Must sign a confidentiality agreement before starting.
• Client and partner filming will only take place with their permission.
• Must be legally eligible to work in India.
• Must be available to travel within India at short notice if required.
• If the founder travels during the internship, you may be required to travel with him. Flights and accommodation will be covered.

• Location: Mumbai, India – In Person
• Duration: 1–2 weeks
• Working Days: Based on the founder’s working schedule
• Hours: Flexible and may vary depending on the founder’s schedule
