Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor To monitor and update the changes of laws and regulations related to WBC and inform/notify the related department.

• Assist Supervisor to review and monitor bylaw management policy to ensure compliancy with Policy on by Law Management policy include:

• To review Format and Content

• To Alert and recommend to update of each bylaw to relevant departments not to be more than 3 years

• Assist supervisor in implement/Follow up Self-Audit Checklist.

• Assist supervisor in implement/Follow up Mandatory Leave.

• Assist Supervisor to update new local regulation issuance.

• Assist supervisor Perform other functions that may be required or assigned by supervisor include provide support on NBC Onsite ‘s requirement (Pre-During, and Post)

Requirement Competencies

• Fresh Graduate/Bachelor degree within Business Administration or equivalent degree with law knowledge;
• Thorough knowledge of and fluency in English and excellent in verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge on company law, and Finance & Banking laws is additional credit.
