Intern - Continuous Improvement

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in scheduling activities and overseeing the overall OWOW program.
• Coordinate meetings with Operations teams and prepare meeting rooms.
• Develop performance boards, information flows, and communication walls.
• Conduct trainings and follow up on coaching sessions.
• Assist in continuous improvement projects.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Curious, proactive, eager to learn, with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of or interest in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Comfortable using Excel; exposure to Power BI, dashboards, data visualization tools, digitalization, automation, or Industry 4.0 concepts is an advantage.
• Willing to work on the shopfloor and be based at Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.
