About The Role As a Core Operations Intern, you will help identify opportunities to improve and digitize operational processes through low-code automation. You will collaborate with process owners to understand existing workflows, identify repetitive and manual activities, and translate business requirements into practical solutions using approved automation platforms and productivity tools.

Through this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to process improvement and digital transformation initiatives within a banking operations environment, while applying appropriate standards for security, governance, testing, documentation, and change management.

What You'll Do

• Identify manual processes suitable for automation.
• Document workflows, requirements, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and test low-code automation solutions.
• Prepare user guides and project documentation.
• Track progress and measure efficiency gains

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Management Engineering, or a related field.
• Target Start Date: October 2026
• Can render a minimum of 300 hours.
• Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, problem-solving, process mapping, and documentation skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into clear, structured, and practical solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with low-code or no-code platforms, workflow automation, digital forms, databases, or dashboard tools is an advantage.
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform or similar automation tools is preferred.
• Basic understanding of testing, automation concepts, data handling, or access controls is an advantage.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A detail-oriented, curious, proactive, dependable, and growth-focused mindset.
• A strong sense of responsibility in handling confidential operational, customer, and project information.
