What they need
Execution of a comprehensive CRM marketing strategy to drive customer engagement and retention.
Execution and optimization of CRM campaigns across channels such as Push Notifications, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and In-App messaging.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Content, and Designing to develop compelling and engaging CRM assets, ensuring a consistent brand message across all channels.
Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Implementing A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.
Monitoring customer interactions and feedback, and proactively address queries and concerns.
Job Types: Fresher, Internship
Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
