Intern Customer Service

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers by providing accurate information about the company's products and services.
• Record, monitor, and follow up on customer requests and issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM or internal system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Support customer onboarding and account setup processes.
• Prepare customer service reports and documentation when required.
• Assist with administrative tasks and perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Customer Service, or a related field.

• Internship duration of at least 3 months.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
