Intern- Data Entry

Alpago Manufacturing is looking for a detail-oriented and organised Data Entry Intern to join our team for a one-month internship. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain practical office experience and develop their administrative and data management skills in a professional manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update and maintain accurate data across company systems and Excel spreadsheets.
• Review information and check records for accuracy and completeness.
• Organise, update and maintain digital files and documentation.
• Assist with transferring information from physical documents into digital systems.
• Support the team with general administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure all company information is handled accurately and confidentially.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks within deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous data entry or administrative experience is an advantage but not essential.
