Intern (Digitalisation, Process Automation & Administration)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Department Manager to develop and improve internal systems based on requirements provided.
• Build or enhance system functions, automation tools and internal applications.
• Use AI-assisted tools, coding, databases, APIs, Excel/Google Sheets and other suitable technologies.
• Test systems, troubleshoot issues and improve functions based on user feedback.
• Assist with system documentation and implementation.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative or departmental support when required, including during staff absence or peak periods.

Requirements:

• Students in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics or related fields.
• Basic programming or system development knowledge preferred.
• Interested in AI, automation and digitalisation.
• Willing to learn new tools and technologies.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Internship Duration: Preferably 3–6 months.
