About The Role We are looking for a motivated

Digitalization and AI Support Intern to help address business challenges through digital and artificial intelligence-based solutions. In this role, you will support dashboard development, and process improvement initiatives that enable better decision-making and greater operational efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about digitalization, and applying analytical thinking to real business needs in an international corporate environment.

How You Will Do It

• Support the automation of manual processes through digital tools and data-driven solutions.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to solve business challenges through digitalization or artificial intelligence applications.
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Prepare clear and structured data visualizations, reports, and presentations for business stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, sales, supply chain, and corporate functions, to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Key Deliverables and Expected Outcomes

• Improved efficiency through automation of selected manual processes.
• Effective support for digitalization projects across multiple functions.
• Reliable and user-friendly dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.

What We Look For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Programming skills in Python, SQL, or similar tools for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel for reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and digitalization, with hands-on experience using LLMs, AI agents, or workflow automation tools.
• Able to identify business and engineering use cases and translate them into practical AI solutions.
• Basic programming skills (Python preferred) and familiarity with APIs, data processing, and AI application development.
• Self-driven problem solver with strong analytical skills and the ability to learn and prototype quickly.
• Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English and ability to collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced business environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to project management or process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with Power Automate or other automation tools.
• Interest in applying digital or AI solutions to business challenges.
