Intern E Commerce Assistant

About the role

E-commerce, digital marketing, and online business growth. We are looking for a motivated and analytical E-Commerce Assistant Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, online sales performance, digital marketing, and business analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and daily store operations.
• Monitor online sales performance and prepare sales reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Analyse sales data, product performance, and campaign results to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support online marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product content management.
• Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales revenue, conversion rates, and product performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments on stock availability, order fulfilment, and promotional execution.
• Support the team in improving e-commerce processes and achieving sales targets.

About you

• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong interest in e-commerce, online marketplaces, and digital marketing.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Able to commit to the required internship period.
