JOB DESCRIPTION:

Summary/Objective

The KBC Mechanical Engineering Intern is a key position that will assist in various activities to support the Mechanical Engineering Department in operating efficiently.

Essential Functions

• Supporting the Engineering Change Management Process which includes Request for Engineering Change and Engineering Change Notice.

• Production support with the manufacturing of brake system products.

• Supporting drawings and bill of material creation.

• Must be able to comply with quality, product safety, and HSE rules and regulations. Be energy conscious, if applicable.

Work Environment

This job primarily operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Required Education and Experience

• Current College Student

• GPA 3.0 or higher
