Intern – Engineering (Onsite)

Exciting Opportunity!

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Interns to support the engineering team in executing technical and operational priorities. This role offers hands-on exposure to engineering projects, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is currently pursuing an engineering degree, has strong analytical and communication skills, and is available to work at least 3 days per week during the internship period.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our engineering team on a day-to-day basis!

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support to the engineering team across assigned projects and initiatives
• Assist with technical analysis, data collection, interpretation, and reporting
• Support the preparation and maintenance of engineering documentation, presentations, and project updates
• Participate in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and program teams
• Support design reviews, validation activities, testing, and other engineering deliverables as applicable
• Track action items and follow through on assigned tasks to support project execution
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned in support of team and business priorities
• Other duties assigned by the department leader

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Degree or Masters in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Proficient in standard business software tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Available to commit to working minimum 3 days per week onsite at our office
• Good English communication skills required; TOEIC score of 500 or above preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Good-to-have:

• Familiarity with the aerospace industry is preferred
• Prior internship, academic project, or other relevant hands-on experience is an advantage
• Basic reporting and documentation skills
• Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Immediate availability is preferred
