Intern- Field Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Job Postings
• Resume Screening: Review resumes, filter applications.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews.
• Candidate Communication: Send follow-up emails, interview reminders, status updates, and offer or rejection letters.
• Database & Tracker Management: Maintain and update recruitment databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and candidate spreadsheets.
• Onboarding Support: Prepare offer letters, collect pre-employment documents, and assist with new-hire orientation.
• Employer Branding & Events: Support recruitment marketing initiatives, campus drives, or virtual hiring events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple interview schedules and candidate pipelines.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential applicant and employee data with complete integrity.
