Intern, Finance

1. Generate invoices and manage billing processes.
2. Perform data entry for transactions and receipts.
3. Reconcile bank transfers and support payment processing.
4. Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain regular communication with customers.
5. Perform other tasks as delegated by supervisor and seek for guidance when needed.

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting and Finance.
2. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
5. Willing to learn and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
