INTERN (FINANCE)

a. To process payments for Careplus Group Berhad’s companies.

b. To take charge of account payable, process of Prepare payment voucher, process payment in online banking and to get approval.

c. Close monthly account for small/inactive companies.

d. To handle petty cash claims.

e. Draft Audited financial statement for small/inactive companies.

f. Prepare sales invoices and follow-up with customers on the outstanding payments.

g. To assist in closing GL.

h. Ensure you and your subordinates comply with all internal and external environmental, health & safety instructions, rules and regulations.

i. Ensure a safe workplace by conducting regular inspections to recognized, evaluate and control hazards.

j. Ensure prompt reporting of all accidents, incidents, significant near misses, first-aid cases, unsafe conditions and unsafe behavior to your supervisors, to enable appropriate investigations to be conducted and corrective actions to be applied.

k. Ensure regular education and training on environment, health and safety are conducted for you and your subordinates.

l. To handle any ad-hoc task given by superior

The list of detailed principal activities may be amended from time to time in accordance to the changing requirements by the company.

Job Requirement

• Diploma & Degree in Accounting
• Looking for candidate who are aggressive, responsible and committed
• Initiative, creative, analytical and results-oriented.
• Independent and is able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
