Who You Are:

Intern-Finance (Operations)

Position Summary:

To support Fixed Asset Management in compliance with the company’s Fixed Asset policy.

What You Will Do:

Principal Duties / Responsibilities

·        Fixed Asset Verification

o   Assist in coordinating and performing physical asset verifications across departments.

o   Follow asset owners to different production or office locations to verify asset existence.

o   Help identify missing or untagged assets and escalate unresolved items.

o   Support reconciliation of physical count results with SAP records.

·       SAP Asset Data Maintenance (Training provided)

o   Help in checking basic asset information in SAP (e.g., PO status, delivery updates).

o   Perform simple lookups and assist in organizing SAP asset data exports for reporting.

·       Administrative and Documentation Support

o   Support fixed asset documentation such as disposal/scrap/sale request forms.

o   Help archive emails, approvals, and relevant records in shared folders.

o   Prepare summary trackers for internal use.

·       Ad-hoc Tasks

o   Support fixed asset-related projects or cleanup exercises as assigned.

o   Assist in any other duties delegated by the Fixed Asset Accountant.
