Intern Founder's Associate

Location: Remote (Delhi-NCR region preferred)

Type: Full-Time Internship | 1 Year (Strong performers will get a shot at a full-time opportunity at the end of the tenure)

Stipend: Rs 10,000/pm

Reporting to: Founder & Director

About the Role

We're looking for a driven, fresh MBA graduate to work directly with the Founder as a Founder's Associate. This is a high-ownership role at the heart of a growing startup, offering hands-on exposure across operations, strategy, and stakeholder management, the kind of learning no classroom can replicate.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-end Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Induction formalities

2. Work closely with the Founder on day-to-day priorities and decision-making

3. Support the onboarding processes of the partners.

4. Manage stakeholder communication and coordination

5. Draft and maintain policy documentation

6. Liaise with external vendors and partners

7. Handle miscellaneous tasks as the business demands

Who We're Looking For

• Fresh MBA graduate (preferably HR specialization)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with strict deadlines, including alternate Saturdays
• Resourceful, go-getter attitude
• Working knowledge of Excel, MS Word, Email Etiquette and Canva
