About the location:

An iconic hideaway on the glamorous Athens riviera, reborn. Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

As a Front Desk Intern, you will support the team in delivering warm, professional, and personalized service throughout the guest journey. You will gain practical experience in arrivals, departures, reservations, guest profiles, room status, and service recovery within a luxury hospitality environment.

What You Will Do

• Assist with guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out procedures.
• Support guests in person, by phone, chat, and email with professionalism and Four Seasons hospitality.
• Assist with room status updates, early arrivals, late check-outs, group departures, and special requests.
• Support the personalization of reservations and guest profiles using hotel systems.
• Track guest concerns, complaints, and service issues and assist with follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments.
• Assist with administrative tasks, reports, and daily Front Desk operations.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel School, or a related field.
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Passion for guest service and creating exceptional experiences.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity, initiative, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Good computer literacy and fluent English.
• Professionalism, integrity, and a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Schedule & Hours

• This is a full-time, fixed-term internship.
• The schedule is based on operational needs and includes 5 working days per week, with 2 days off. Each working day consists of 8.5 hours, in accordance with Greek labour legislation.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
