INTERN GRAPHIC DESIGNER

What you'll be doing

• Creating visually compelling designs for garment packaging, labels, and promotional materials
• Assisting in the development of brand identity elements, including logos, colour palettes, and typography guidelines
• Collaborating with the marketing and product teams to produce design concepts that align with brand objectives
• Preparing design files for print and digital production, ensuring adherence to technical specifications
• Conducting research on design trends and competitors to inform creative direction
• Revising and refining designs based on constructive feedback from senior designers and stakeholders
• Supporting the creation of social media graphics, digital advertisements, and web-based visual content
• Maintaining organised file management and documentation of design projects

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree programme in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, visual communication skills, and technical design capabilities
• A solid understanding of design principles, including colour theory, composition, and typography
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work meticulously with design specifications
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to take on feedback and continuously improve
• Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with garment design, fashion branding, or textile-related projects is advantageous
• Basic knowledge of web design or UI/UX principles is preferred but not essential
