Intern Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer Intern who is passionate about visual design, branding, and social media content. The intern will work closely with the HR, Marketing, and Business teams to create engaging and professional visual content for TechAlmas.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain practical experience in social media design, branding, marketing creatives, and digital design while working in a professional IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create creative and engaging designs for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Design social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, recruitment posts, festival creatives, and company announcements.
• Assist in creating branding and marketing materials.
• Design creatives for company events, employee engagement activities, birthdays, work anniversaries, festivals, and celebrations.
• Create graphics according to the company's branding guidelines.
• Work with the HR and Marketing teams to understand design requirements.
• Convert concepts and ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Make design modifications based on feedback from HR/Marketing/Management.
• Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, and overall brand identity.
• Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and creative styles.
• Organize and maintain design files and source files properly.
• Assist in creating basic visual content for presentations, advertisements, and internal communication.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
• Good understanding of colors, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Creative thinking and an eye for detail.
• Ability to create clean, modern, and visually appealing designs.
• Basic understanding of social media design dimensions and formats.
• Good communication and willingness to learn.
• Ability to understand feedback and make required design changes.
• Good time-management and ability to complete tasks within deadlines.

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.
• Understanding of branding and digital marketing.
• Experience creating social media content or personal design projects.
