Intern - Group Human Resource Operations (Battaramulla)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and current state analysis.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing HR-related policies
• Consolidate meeting minutes and assist in preparation
• Organize and coordinate the quarterly Compliance Forum
• Conduct relevant follow-ups with parties involved to ensure tasks are completed on time
• Collaborate with various plants and divisions to support GHR operations
• Coordinate administrative tasks and contribute to project-related activities
• Assist the Operations team with ongoing projects and administrative duties
• Support timely and accurate data collation
• Assist in preparing and circulating reports to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.

Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies:

• Reading a bachelor’s degree in Business management, International Relations or International Business Management
• Prior knowledge or experience in Law in preferred
• Added advantage if the candidate has prior work experience as an intern
