Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern tojoin our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure toTalent Acquisition providing an excellent opportunityto learn the end-to-end recruitment process

Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiringmanagers.
• Post job openings on the company's career page, job portals,social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Source potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn,and other online platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates andinterview panels.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackersand HR databases.
• Support onboarding activities, including documentation,induction, and orientation of new employees.
• Assist in preparing offer letters and other HRdocumentation.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree (or currently pursuing) in HumanResources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitmentprocesses.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, or resume databases will be an addedadvantage.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
