What you will do:
- Documentation of personnel file – Organizing, updating, and maintaining employee records.
- Office, event & pantry management – Stationery, pantry items, assist in coordinating events.
- Travel management (local trips) – Hotel, Flights and Taxi arrangement.
- Work and safety clothes management – Monitoring stock, maintaining inventory and distributing items when required.
- Training – Assisting in coordinating training.
