Intern, HR

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
• Support onboarding activities (document collection, orientation scheduling)
• Prepare new hire documentation and ensure completeness

2. HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital)
• Assist in preparing HR letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, etc.)
• Ensure proper filing and compliance with HR policies

3. Payroll & Compensation Support

• Assist in gathering payroll data (attendance, overtime, claims)
• Support HR team in payroll preparation and verification

4. Employee Engagement & Relations

• Support employee engagement initiatives (events, surveys, activities)
• Assist in handling basic employee queries
• Help coordinate internal communications and announcements

5. Training & Development

• Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops
• Track training attendance and maintain training records
• Support learning & development documentation

6. HR Projects

• Participate in HR improvement projects (e.g., policy updates, process enhancements)
• Support data analysis and reporting (headcount, turnover, etc.)
