Intern HR

This is an internship opportunity for students to gain practical working experience and develop their skills in Human Resources, Business Administration, and general office operations.

Key responsibilities

1. Assist with daily Human Resources and administrative tasks
2. Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
3. Assist with attendance, leave and other HR-related administrative matters
4. Support the preparation of reports, documents and presentations
5. Perform general administrative and office support duties
6. Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the management or HR team

Requirements

1. Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant field
2. Proficient in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal
3. Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
4. Available for internship placement for a minimum period of 3, 4, or 6 months
5. Good communication skills and teamwork abilities
