Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Data Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor and analyse data for key initiatives, e.g. Individual Development Plans, course evaluation and impact, Balanced Scorecards, and onboarding programs.

• Assist in preparing dashboards and reports for management review.

2. Communications & Events

• Create communications material for learning and development purpose.

• Assist in planning and executing HR events and learning programmes.

3. Recruitment Support

• Participate in interview sessions as an observer or co-interviewer.

• Assist in interview scheduling and candidate communications.

• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.

• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs in temporary assignments hirings.

Requirements

• Background in Business, Human Resources or equivalent

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or data visualisation tools

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
