Key Responsibilities

In this role you are required:

1. To work with relevant stakeholders in achieving a safe workplace environment for all employees & in-house contractors.

2. To attend safety related Meetings (i.e. WSH Committee Meeting) to address safety matter and to follow-up with closure.

3. To work with relevant stakeholders to identify and eliminate any potential hazards/risks that may result in human injury and/or property damage.

4. To conduct/support in all external/internal audits and follow-up on all CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).

5. To lead/participate in Safety Improvement Programs.

6. To ensure compliance to requirements, including WSH Act, Fire Safety Act, ISAGO and ISO 45001, Statutory Equipment & Licenses.

7. To prepare statistics such as KPIs and ensure timely submission of Reports.

8. To assist/support in all safety related matter.

Key Requirements

1. Data analysis to monitor statistics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions using tools like POWER BI

2. Interpreting data

3. Proficient in Microsft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

5. Detail oriented / strong attention to detail in identifying workplace health and safety risk

6. Problem-solving skills

7. Strong interpersonal skills

8. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders
