- Assist in providing day-to-day IT support to employees on hardware, software and system-related matters.
- Support basic troubleshooting of computers, printers, network connectivity and other IT equipment.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, maintenance and updating of hardware and software.
- Assist in maintaining ICT asset records, inventory and related documentation.
- Support user account, system access and ICT administration activities.
- Assist in monitoring ICT systems and escalating technical issues to the relevant team.
- Support ICT projects, system enhancements and digitalisation initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating with ICT vendors and service providers where required.
- Prepare and maintain ICT reports, documentation and user guides.
- Perform other ad-hoc ICT assignments as assigned.
