Intern – Interior Design & Graphic Design

About the role

An Interior Design & Graphic Design Intern role assisting with interior design projects, 3D visualisation, technical drawings and graphic design materials. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical working experience, develop design skills and participate in real design-related projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare 2D technical drawings, floor plans, elevations and other design drawings.
• Create 3D models, renderings and visual presentations.
• Update and amend drawings according to feedback from the design team or management.
• Assist with site measurements, site visits and project documentation when required.
• Design marketing materials, promotional posters, brochures and other visual content.
• Create social media graphics and digital artwork for marketing purposes.
• Assist in photo of product editing, image preparation and layout design.
• Ensure that all artwork follows the company's branding and design requirements.
• Perform other design-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

About you

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Graphic Design or a related field.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of 2D drafting, 3D modelling, graphic layout and visual presentation.
• Creative, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to commit to an internship period of 3–6 months.
