Intern – Inventory & Administration

About the role

An internship opportunity to join the team at AYS Ventures Berhad in Klang, Selangor, gaining practical experience in inventory processing, system transactions, e-invoicing, and administrative documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and assist with inventory transfer processing in the system
• Assist with material receiving transactions and related email communication
• Perform data entry for monthly cycle count and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records
• Assist the team with e-invoicing processing
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

About you

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or above in Business Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documents
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Willing to learn and take on new tasks
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
