What they need
Responsibilities:
- Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Provide technical support to internal users, including resolving IT-related inquiries and issues.
- Help maintain and update company systems and databases.
- Assist with network management and system monitoring.
- Support the installation, configuration, and testing of new software and hardware.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives to improve infrastructure and workflow efficiency.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve systems, security, and functionality.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and IT support functions.
- Basic knowledge of software development, networking, and databases is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Internship period at least 3 months.
