Position: IT Intern

Position Type : Trainee

Role & Responsibilities

1. Assist in new HR Information System and Software registration, initial setup, and system configuration.

2. Perform data migration, entry, and accuracy checks.

3. Assist in system testing, troubleshooting, and implementation.

4. Liaise with the HRIS provider on technical issues and support.

5. Maintain system documentation, user guides, and records.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Candidate must be currently pursuing a minimum of Diploma or Bachelor's in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, System Engineering, Network Technology, Information System or any related field.

2. Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.

3. Internship duration: 3 months – 9 months.

4. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

5. Position is open to Malaysian citizens only.

6. Please attach the University's Letter regarding your Internship.

Job Types: Internship

Pay:

Allowance for Diploma Studies - RM800 per month

Allowance for Degree Studies - RM1000per month

Schedule

Monday to Friday

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
