Intern - IT Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Intern to join our Media Workflow team. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT technical support, hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, and IT asset management while working alongside an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily IT hardware and software support.
• Help troubleshoot basic computer, software, and equipment issues.
• Assist with routine maintenance and setup of IT equipment.
• Update and maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Assist in tracking software licences and equipment warranties.
• Support IT equipment installation, replacement, and configuration.
• Perform other IT-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to follow instructions.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
• Available to undergo an internship for the required duration.
