Intern - IT Infrastructure

Join our IT Infrastructure team and gain hands-on experience in corporate IT environment!

As an intern, you will support daily IT operations, assist in ongoing projects, and work closely with experienced team members to develop practical technical and professional skills.

What will you learn and do?

1.Active Directory (AD) Update and Maintenance

• Review and update AD user accounts.
• Identify and remove inactive, duplicated, or outdated accounts.
• Ensure user and group data is consistent with organizational structure.
• Document cleanup process and report findings to IT admin.

2.IT Onboarding Video Creation

• Assist in scriptwriting, storyboarding and editing onboarding videos.
• Work with IT team to capture business processes such as account setup, request submission and support communication.
• Ensure branding compliance and clarity for new joiners.

3.IT Infrastructure Operational Support

• Assist with hardware and software upgrade/update (Windows etc).
• Support basic troubleshooting (PCs, printers, network).
• Help to maintain asset inventory and documentation.
• Attend to ad-hoc IT support tickets under supervision.

What you will need to have:

• Currently pursuing Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines
• Good written and verbal communication skill
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to maintain confidentiality and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
• Proactive and motivated individual, who is always eager to learn and grow
• Possess own transport and able to be based at our HQ in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
