Intern, IT Infrastructure (Systems & Service Management)
[What you will be working on]
As an IT Infrastructure Intern, you will gain comprehensive industry exposure to the technical backbone of a leading research institute. This role is designed as a mentorship-driven learning journey where you will develop professional IT Service Management (ITSM) skills. Under the guidance of the infrastructure team, you will learn to navigate technical ecosystems and bridge the gap between user needs and innovative technical solutions.

- Systems & Infrastructure Exposure: Participate in the maintenance and configuration of enterprise computing resources—including notebooks, servers, and network devices—to understand the full IT asset lifecycle.
- Governance Support: Assist the team in maintaining IT policies and security standards (in compliance with IM8), ensuring a secure and efficient digital environment.
