Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

1. Support in key operational scope of Load Control Department which includes but not limited to:

• attend airline meetings,
• support investigation on airline's queries
• conduct internal flights audit
• support airlines & authority audits

2. Participate in the department’s project(s) which may include one or more of the following, but not limited to:

• brainstorming of ideas
• software programming
• conducting UATs
• training
• writing and creation of reference materials
• work flow procedure improvements
• department procedure manuals updates
• liaison with IT vendor on new projects and current online platforms’ improvements

3. Assist in the management of office inventory/ logistics and miscellaneous administrative duties

Key Requirements

1. Good command of spoken and written English

2. Effective time management skills

3. Ability to multitask

4. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

5. Good in computers, airline systems & technology
