About us
We are an established Corporate Insurance Agency and Credit & Leasing Company in the market. We provide general insurance services and loan financing facilities such as Hire Purchase, Industrial Hire Purchase and Term Loan.
Job Description:
Preparing of loan documents, offer letters, repayment schedules, security checklist etc.
Liaise with lawyers on matters pertaining to loan processing.
Follow-up on the outstanding documents with relevant parties.
Arrange for signing of loan documents.
Arrange for stamping of loan documents.
Monitor insurance expiry on loan securities.
Monitor the perfection of charge on land titles.
Minimum Requirements:
Candidate must possess or be currently pursuing at least a Diploma or Degree in Banking & Finance, Business Studies or other related discipline.
Candidate must have positive and passion to learn attitude.
Internship placement for a duration of at least five (5) months.
Willing to work in Bandar Sunway.
