Intern – B2B Logistics

Objective Intern – B2B Logistics - The Intern – B2B Logistics will support the day-to-day management of B2B shipments, working closely with the Logistics team, warehouse, and courier partners.The role will primarily focus on shipment tracking, tracker updates, courier coordination, documentation, POD collection, and operational follow-ups to ensure smooth shipment movement and timely closure of pending cases.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shipment Tracking & Operations

• Track B2B shipments, update trackers, and monitor ageing/delayed shipments.
• Coordinate with warehouse and courier teams for shipment-related issues.
• Follow up on RTO cases and pending actions.

2. Courier & Delivery Coordination

• Follow up with courier partners on delayed shipments, appointments, pickups, and delivery issues.
• Support daily courier call-outs and ensure pending actions are followed up.
• Assist in coordinating with customer/marketplace POCs when required.

3. Documentation & POD Management

• Collect, organize, and upload PODs and other shipment documents.
• Maintain RTO, reverse pickup, and dispute-related documentation.
• Ensure trackers and document records are updated accurately.

4. Reporting & Operational Support

• Assist in preparing courier performance and shipment reports.
• Identify ageing shipments and recurring operational issues.
• Support the Logistics team in resolving pending cases and improving shipment movement.

Key Traits Required

• Strong follow-up and ownership mindset.
• Good attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn logistics operations.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow defined processes.
• Proactive approach toward pending tasks and closures.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Basic understanding of ecommerce/logistics operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with courier portals or Clickpost will be an advantage.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with internship experience in logistics/ecommerce are welcome.

Work Experience: 0–1 year / Fresher

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Location: Head Office – Okhla Phase 1, Delhi / NCR
