Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities User Support & Troubleshooting :

• Act as the first point of contact for IT issues, resolving hardware, software, network, and printer problems.
• System Setup : Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, and mobile devices for both new hires and existing staff.
• Network Administration : Support LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi, and internet access to ensure optimal uptime.
• Asset & Inventory Management : Track IT hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Helpdesk or IT technical support
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows OS/macOS, Microsoft 365, basic network troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service, and the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical staff
